Technology

With a power output of 3000 W and an adjustable temperature range of 30 to 75 °C, the device offers precise control. The integrated safety thermostat is fixed at 98 °C to prevent overheating.

The maximum installation length is 390 mm, and the unheated zone measures approximately 120 mm from the sealing surface. This design guarantees effective and safe operation.

Safety and materials

The Heating element It features an insulating separation that prevents corrosion, thus significantly extending the device's service life. The pipe casing material 2.4858 (Incoloy825) ensures very good corrosion resistance.

Additional materials such as the brass screw head and the ABS plastic housing contribute to the product's stability and durability. The IP54 protection rating guarantees protection against dust and splashing water, ensuring safe operation.
